Returns and Complaints

Below you will find the rules and instructions regarding returns, complaints, and warranty.

Returns (Withdrawal from the Contract)

  • 14 days to return goods without giving any reason – counted from the day the package is received.
  • Please report returns via e-mail at shop@reagle.pl.
  • Product requirements: complete set, no signs of use, original packaging, and a completed return form inside the package. Download the return form
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
  • After receiving and positively verifying the return, we refund the money within 7 days.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

How to return a product – step by step

  1. Fill in the return form (download: Return Form) and include it in the package.
  2. Carefully pack the goods – the package must be well secured for transport (bubble wrap, filling, sturdy box).
  3. Send the package to the return address:

  4. Keep the proof of shipment – it will make tracking easier.

Note: If the package arrived damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents – this will speed up the process.

Complaints (defective or incorrect product)

If the product is defective, damaged during transport, or not as ordered – we will help. Follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: shop@reagle.pl, tel. +48 781 301 898.
  2. Provide your order number, describe the issue, and attach photos (including packaging if it is transport damage).
  3. Send the product back after receiving instructions (sometimes photo documentation is enough – we will inform you).

We respond to complaints as quickly as possible – we will provide instructions for further action and a proposed solution (replacement, repair, or refund).

Warranty

  • Warranty period: all our products are covered by a two-year warranty; information about the warranty period is also provided on the product page or in the manual/packaging.
  • If you have any questions regarding the warranty, please contact us: shop@reagle.pl.

Packing and Shipping Safety Guidelines

  • Use a rigid cardboard box, fillers, and tape – the package must be well secured against shocks.
  • Remove any loose space inside the package (fillers, bubble wrap, dividers).
  • If possible, use the original packaging plus an external box.
