Below you will find information about how we process and ship your orders.

Product Page Information

On each product page, you will find detailed information about the time we need to prepare the product for shipment.

Order Processing Start

• We start processing your order immediately after receiving your payment.
• For bank transfer payments, the processing time may be extended by the time it takes for the payment to be credited by the bank.

Packing and Shipment

Once your order is complete, it will be packed and handed over to the courier company for delivery.

Delivery Time

The delivery time depends on the chosen carrier, the type of shipment, and the delivery address.

• InPost Parcel Locker: usually delivered to your chosen locker within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
• Other carriers: delivery times may vary depending on the service and location (details are shown during checkout when selecting the shipping method).

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation email to the address provided when placing the order (including a tracking link if available from the carrier).
