Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. We are currently in the process of implementing deliveries to all European Union countries.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, you have 14 days from receiving your order to return it without giving any reason. More information can be found on the Returns and Complaints page. If you would like a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

What payment methods are available?

We accept fast online payments: BLIK, Przelewy24, PayPo and cash on delivery. The available payment options will appear in your cart.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

The cost depends on the shipping method and payment option. The exact price will be shown before you confirm your order.

If the product is in stock, it is usually dispatched within 24 hours. The total delivery time is typically 2–5 business days, but the exact delivery date depends on the chosen carrier (e.g., InPost, Orlen Paczka). Once the package has been shipped, delivery time is determined by the courier company.

Additionally: for orders placed before 5:00 PM, parcels are usually delivered across Poland the next business day.

How can I check my order status and track my shipment?

After dispatch, we’ll send you an email with your tracking link. You can also view the order status in your customer account after logging in.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can complete your purchase as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and shop faster in the future.

I received a damaged or incorrect item – what should I do?

Please contact us at shop@reagle.pl or call +48 781 301 898. Attach photos of the damage and your order number – we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible at shop@reagle.pl – we’ll try to make the change.

Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes. When placing your order, select the "Company" option in the cart and fill in your company details. The invoice will be sent to you by email after shipment.
